Tomi Fagbuyi

Tomi leads our UK Assurance and Advisory Practice. Tomi is a qualified Accountant (Fellow member of the ACCA and Fellow member of ICAN), Certified Internal Auditor (Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors US) and a Chartered Internal Auditor (Member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors UK & Ireland). Tomi is also a certified IT Auditor (CISA and member of ISACA), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), a UK qualified Business Continuity Professional (MBCI) and a certified IT Expert (ITIL). Tomi holds BSc (1^st Class) and MBA degrees.

Tomi has over 20 years’ experience in accounting, tax, risk management, assurance, advisory, training and facilitation. Tomi has provided accounting, tax, assurance and advisory services to a number of public and private sector clients in the UK and international. Tomi has also assisted many UK and international organisations with the governance, strategy, risk and operational challenges they faced at Board level and cascading down to the daily business operational processes and procedures. Tomi has advised organisations on business operating models, architecture models, business operations, IT operations, cyber security, business strategy, IT strategy and how to effectively control, grow their businesses and be more successful.

Tomi also has international experience in governance, strategy, risks, finance, tax, cyber security, business operations, IT operations, health services, environmental and safety processes and controls. Tomi has been involved in providing governance, strategy and business operating models advisory services to major organisations. Tomi has sound business and IT technical background and very good understanding of the business and IT environments. Tomi has worked in public sector organisations, financial services, professional services and leisure and travel organisations which put him in a better advantage to understand IT and security risks facing businesses.
