Bunmi Fagbuyi

Bunmi is accountable for the firm’s internal Finance and Human Resources operations. Bunmi has over 10 years’ senior management experience in HR and Finance. Bunmi has worked in many capacities within the firm since and has involved herself in the firm’s activities at senior leadership team level. Bunmi has experience of working on complex business change programmes and projects. Bunmi is a pragmatic leader with excellent stakeholder management, great communication and interpersonal skills. Bunmi is a highly motivated and proactive individual with in-depth knowledge of project management, finance, budgeting and HR. Over the years, Bunmi has been involved in the finance management systems with forecasting, budgeting and many more.

Bunmi has also occupied an executive position as a director with Dunnis Limited. Throughout her career, she has established a track record of success by leveraging a collaborative leadership style to accomplish all short and long-range objectives. Bunmi is an engaging and articulate communicator, who is able to clearly convey complex information and propose novel solutions to build consensus with key project stakeholders, including high-value clients, and executive leadership.

Academically, Bunmi has a first degree, BSc (Hons) Sociology from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and also BSc (Hons) Social work from the University of South Wales, Cardiff. Bunmi is a freelance Social worker.
